The FMLA is a benefit that allows qualified employees to have 12 weeks of job-protected leave per fiscal year. This site is designed to give employees and management an opportunity to learn about the Act and is required reading for those who register to attend FMLA workshops sponsored by the ACC's Human Resources Department.
