Annual Enrollment is from July 10, 2015 to July 24, 2015.
Annual Enrollment is your annual opportunity to make changes to your benefits, such as adding dependents to health and optional coverage, enrolling/dropping TexFlex (ADP) or changing your TexFlex contributions. The changes you make will be effective for Plan Year 2016, which begins September 1, 2015.
Employees can receive assistance with annual enrollment changes from a Human Resources Representative at the following locations: Campus Visit Schedule
Annual Enrollment Fair & Presentation
ACC will host the ERS Annual Enrollment Fair & Presentation on July 24th at HBC in Board Room 201 from 9am - 12pm. You can watch the ERS presentation on the major changes of PY 2016 online.
ERS will host other presentations throughout the Austin area at these locations!

If you have never logged in before you will be given the opportunity to register. If you have lost your user ID or password you will be given the opportunity to receive that information via the email account you have registered with ERS.

Full-Time Employees: Please remember that ACC pays the member only cost for Medical, Dental, Long-Term Disability through UNUM, Optional Life level 1, and 55,000 of AD&D coverage.
New ACC Benefit Statements: To help you make it easier for you to make your benefit selections, you now have access to ACC Benefit Statement. This combines your ERS benefits with those provided by ACC.
