The purpose of the Faculty and Staff Evaluation Office is to provide a system for the appraisal, development and documentation of all faculty and staff performance. The system of evaluation is designed to ensure the quality of work performed meets ACC's needs and more.

FY2011 Performance Excellence Program (PEP) System
Please Note:
When you log into the Online PEP System you will see a section that says 2010 Goals and Objectives, this is to put in last year's goals. The 2011 PEP starts immediately after that Goals Section with the Basic Job Requirements questions and ends with 2011 Goals and Objectives for the upcoming year.
