How to View your Electronic W-2 Statements through Online Services

First:

Select the  option from the Online Services main menu and login with your ACCeID.

 

Next:

Select the W-2 Electronic Consent link under the Employee Profile menu.

 

Then:

Select one of the W-2 Electronic Consent options (see below) on the screen and click.

**You must select an option in order to view your W-2 statement**

 

After you have selected your W-2 Electronic Consent option:

• Select the W-2 Statements link under the Employee Profile menu.

• Now select the Tax Year        to view and print.

 

Don’t Forget to Close the Page.
