I am a firm believer in making technology work for us, not the other way around. Using my programming skills and a sound understanding of the processes behind staff scheduling and resource tracking, I redesigned and expanded the Learning Lab scheduling system. I had previously built this system to assist in scheduling of tutors, but now the system has the potential for use in all of Student Services with the added features of simplifying budget management and allowing students to locate student services personnel that can assist them in financial aid matters, degree planning, tutoring, etc.
