Parking/Car Pool Information for ACC's General Assembly Parking at the Hyatt will be free to you. Please identify yourself at the gate as an ACC employee. However, please keep in mind that because the amount of parking available is very limited, we urge everyone planning to attend to carpool. Overflow parking is no longer available at the nearby Embassy Suites Hotel. Instead, overflow parking will be at the Palmer Events Center (900 Barton Springs Road), which will not bill ACC for those who park there; therefore, you will have to pay the $7.00 parking fee and be reimbursed by the Professional Development & Evaluation Programs office in Human Resources after the event. Neither the hotel nor the Palmer Events Center run a shuttle between the locations. However, the Capital Metro Gold Dillo does run between the Palmer and the Hyatt, along Barton Springs. You will notice that you may take the Gold Dillo from the Rio Grande campus to the Hyatt as well. At the afternoon workshops at HBC, overflow parking will be available at Highland Mall.
