This is the tutorial for the online Datatel Core class. After reading through this tutorial, you will be able to download and begin working in UI.
Instructions:
Read through each screen and then click next to continue. At any point, you can click previous at the bottom of the page to return to the previous screen. Additional topic links are located on the bottom of each page. Once you have read through the tutorial there will be a quiz.
Throughout this tutorial, there will be flash movies to demonstrate Datatel UI features. The movies will be in designated areas as shown below:

What does this Online Course Cover?
This introductory course is for ACC employees who will be using Datatel Colleague at ACC. This tutorial will give users some familiarity with navigating through Datatel and entering data. Most ACC employees will be using a designated part of Datatel Colleague for specialized purposes. Your department will provide training for your area of specialization.
This tutorial will help you feel comfortable performing the following tasks:
- opening and using the Datatel UI interface
- navigating through Datatel UI
- changing fonts and colors within UI
- entering and modifying data in Datatel Core
- entering favorites
- printing Datatel screen shots with PrintKey2000
To complete this course, take the quiz and score 80% or higher. The quiz is multiple choice. Read each question carefully and check your answers before clicking the submit button.
