Podcasts: An educational tool? "Technologies Affecting Communication: Part Two: Podcasts,"
an informative article by Matthew Thompson of the University of Central
Florida offers educators a glimpse into what podcasts are and how they
are being used in educational settings. The article appears in the September
issue of The National Teaching and Learning Forum, an electronic
newsletter available for ACC faculty and staff. The link http://www.ntlf.com/restricted/
is only effective from computers on any ACC campus. Workshop ArchivesYou may have noticed that your account in the registration database looks different lately. That’s because the data contained in the database is archived at the end of each fiscal year to create a “clean slate” to work with. If you’re looking for a record of your completed FY04/05 activities, go to https://workshops.austincc.edu/ and click on the "Workshops FY05 Archive" link in the lower right-hand corner. Look for some changes to the registration database in the coming year. We’ll keep you posted. |
