Ergonomics: Your Workstation and You
A demonstration of chair postures will be covered as well as the benefits
of sit-stand postures in school/office/home computer settings. Basic
ergonomic principles will be explained as the instructor guides you
through the process of modifying an incorrect computer workstation into
one that is more correct. Attendees should be able to evaluate their

Multiple Roles: The Working Parent
Participants in this seminar will address the need for parents to
balance employment with the demands of children. Family decisions about
childcare, the household and job responsibilities will be assessed and

goals for self and family as well as developing an individualized, workable
