Human Resources - Records

Employment verifications are processed with a phone request or a written request.

  1. The following information is provided by the Records Staff when an outside business requests information about an employee.
    • Dates of employment
    • Title
    • Salary verification. (We only confirm that the salary provided is correct or not correct)

  2. Written requests may be faxed to (512) 223-7226 or sent to ACC HR Records at 5930 Middle Fiskville Rd., Austin, TX 78752.
    • A request from an outside business must have the signature of the employee to authorize the release of the information.
    • A request from an employee may be emailed from their ACC e-mail address to rcastill@austincc.edu or may be requested in writing with the employee signature. This request should be specific regarding the type of information being requested.

The following information can be provided with a written request:

  • Dates of employment
  • Title
  • Employment history (all positions, dates and salary since date of hire)
  • Gross salary for the past 2 years
  • year to date salary
  • Annual salary

Written verifications have a five-day turn around.
