State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC)

During the 2008 SECC, Austin Community College Employees generously contributed to local and statewide charitable organizations through SECC. We are proud of ACC’s commitment and concern for those in our community who need an extra helping hand to face financial, personal, and physical challenges.

This year’s goal is to achieve a higher percentage of participation among our 3000 employees.

Payroll Deductions
When filling out the Donation Forms for Payroll Deductions please make sure you look at the 'Pay Periods Per Year Box' and mark the correct one. Deductions do not start until January 1, 2010.

Employees do not need to put their Social Security Numbers on the Form, please put your Datatel number or leave it blank.

If you are paid Monthly: You will mark the 12 Pay Periods Per Year and times your Total Monthly Gift by 12 to get your Total Annual Gift. View Example Form.

Faculty and Adjunct Faculty ONLY: Pay Periods based on your contract.

If you are paid Biweekly: It is a little different. Since Biweekly employees get paid 24 times you will need to make a spot on your form in the Pay Periods Per Year box that says 24. You will then take the Total Annual Gift you would like to donate over the year and divide that number by 24 to get your Total Monthly Gift, which is actually the amount that comes out per paycheck.
