Changing Your Health -
One Habit at a Time

This eight-week program ends
April 26, 2008.

Whether or not you reached your goal, we have a prize for you. However, if you did reach your goal you'll get to choose from some deluxe items! Just fill out the evaluation and take it to the wellness team leader on your campus anytime during the month of May.

We hope you learned something during the Love Yourself - Live Well program.

On Feb. 14th the wellness teams kicked off the Love Yourself – Live Well program registration. This eight-week program began on March 1st, offering support, helpful information and prizes for changing one health habit in your life. Whether an enmployee wanted to change their weight, stop smoking, move more, eat better or just have more fun, this program offered a way to make it happen.
