Classes: One of the best ways to get good exercise support at ACC is by taking a class. If you are in a staffing table position, you have three vouchers per year that can be used to purchase either a credit class or one offered through Continuing Education.
ACC Facilities: There are two ACC gyms that faculty and staff have access to: the Riverside (223-6024) and Northridge gym (223-4814). Online Exercise Guide: ACC faculty member Carol Hirsh created a multimedia online exercise guide which can guide you through the process of creating an exercise program and even demonstrates the proper use of exercise equipment.
