I moved to Austin four years ago right out of high school. I knew I wanted to go to school but never knew what my area of study should be. I started taking only one class at a time, just to get the feel for college. I met some wonderful professors who took an interest in me and were really helpful. They led me to find what I want to do in life, which is help children. Now, I am finishing my first year at ACC with my major being Social Work. I have a clear goal in mind and have met so many amazing people. ACC has been so helpful with my journey, and I am so excited to continue and further my education.
