Phyllis

My name is Phyllis and I'm a former member of the U.S. Navy. When I was released from active duty I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my future. All I knew was that I wanted to go to college and use my G.I Bill benefits. In September of 2007 someone very dear to me passed away suddenly. The nurses I encountered during this tragic event changed my life and made me want to be just like them. ACC is giving me the opportunity to learn and become those people I encountered.
