Santa Elena Coffee is shipped directly from Finca Santa Elena in Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico to our roasting facility in Texas where it is roasted daily to provide the freshest gourmet coffee that when brewed will have light nutty chocolate undertones, a well-balanced soft clean body, and a smooth aftertaste.
Santa Elena coffee is certified shade-grown by the Rainforest Alliance. This gives our coffee that extra flavor that truly distinguishes a great cup of coffee. Our coffee is also certified organic according to Organic Crop Improvement Association. Further, although our coffee is grown on Finca Santa Elena, we do follow Fair Trade practices to ensure quality and satisfaction.
