Make a smart investment: an education in mortgage banking
Mortgage banking professionals work with customers applying for a loan for residential, multifamily, or commercial real estate. They collect required documents and keep the customer informed throughout the entire mortgage process. Successful mortgage bankers are detail-oriented, clear communicators who have a strong understanding of local real estate markets as well as state and federal loan guidelines. Employers include commercial banks, credit unions, specialized mortgage banking firms, and government agencies. ACC's supportive learning environment provides students with practical training from instructors with years of wideranging experience in the finance and banking fields.
