Interpreter requests
must be submitted at least 3 days in advance of
the event. In order to fill a request, the following information is
needed:

of the event(s)

location
and/or address of the event including room number

both
beginning
and ending times
-
name(s)
of deaf/hard of hearing person(s) and non-deaf persons in attendance

a
brief description of the event (i.e. computer class, teacher/student
meeting, etc)

name,
phone
number, and/or email address of the person submitting the
request
