Study abroad students may be eligible for financial aid.  To apply, students must submit their summer ACC Financial Aid Application as well as the FAFSA for the academic year.  Specific information on how to apply can be found at:

For students receiving financial aid, all refunds are handled through Higher One.  Financial aid funds are applied to student accounts the week classes begin.  Funds will pay any tuition/fee balance owed to ACC and remaining funds are released to the student.  For most study abroard students, financial aid will be applied and refunded after the student is abroad.  Students that have refunds sent to the ACC Onecard may use the card while abroad anywhere Mastercard is accepted.  Otherwise the refund will go to the student via a check or direct deposit (whatever the student selected when setting up his/her Higher One account).
