WHAT IS THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT IDENTITY CARD (ISIC)?
The International Student Identity Card is the only internationally accepted student ID card and proof
of current student status in existence. There is also the International
Teacher Identity Card (ITIC) and the International Youth Travel Card
(IYTC). These cards provide a world of benefits and services to the
nearly 5 million people worldwide every year. More than an ID card, it
also includes:
- Discounts to more than 33,000 locations in 103 countries;
- Mobile phone and a calling card communications package;
- Health and accident insurance coverage; and,
- Emergency help line
The ISIC card is required for participants in ACC Study Abroad programs and are available at the International Programs Office.

Full-time students age 12 & over currently
enrolled for the current academic year at an accredited institution and
matriculating towards a diploma or a degree. (Continuing education and
language school students are not eligible). |
Photocopy of school ID showing validity or photocopy of your transcript/report card/tuition bill receipt for current academic year and passport-size photo. |
One year from date of issue. |
| ITIC - $22 |
Full-time teachers or faculty teaching for the
current academic year at an accredited institution. Minimum 18 hours
per week and must have minimum of one year employment to qualify. |
Photocopy of your faculty ID showing validity for the academic year or letter on school stationery from department chair or school principal verifying current full-time faculty status and passport-size photo. |
One year from date of issue. |
