Art History in Florence, Italy

Deadline to apply: February 17th; however, applicants will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Program Site: This program takes place at Scuola Toscana in Florence, Italy.
Duration: May 31 - June 25, 2010
Course and Credit: Art History I/ARTS 1301 and/or Art History II/1302.
3-6 ACC Credits.
Accommodations: Students live in fully furnished, fully equipped apartments with ACC other program participants. Rooms will be shared; private rooms may be available for an additional fee.
Activities and Other Program Features: Welcome dinner, orientation, walking tour, access to school facilities, cell phone rental, health insurance, museum visits, day trip to Siena & Fiesole, weekend trip to Rome, departure dinner
Eligibility: There are no pre-requisites for these courses. Students may take either Art History I or Art History II, or both.
Program fee:
$2,250
Includes accommodations, cell phone rental, health insurance, scheduled museum visits, day trip to Siena & Fiesole, weekend trip to Rome, access to school gym, media lab, and library; on-site staff support and services; currency devaluation deposit; general fee (covers some instructor expenses)
Not included: tuition, airfare, books, meals, personal expenses
Scholarships: Funding is available through the Campus Activity Board and the ACC Board of Trustees Scholarship Program.
