College District. Its mission is to raise funds to ensure student
success and develop community support for the college.

STUDY ABROAD SCHOLARSHIP AND GRANT DATABASES
The following list (which is not exhaustive) of free, web-based searchable databases can assist your research for scholarships and grants opportunities for study abroad from a variety of insitutions and organizations. Many provide assistance that is targeted to specific student populations:
SCHOLARSHIP AND GRANT PROGRAMS
College for Texans has information on a range of scholarships and other funding opportunities available to students attending Texas colleges and universities.
Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship offers scholarships for U.S. citizen undergraduate students of limited financial means to pursue academic studies abroad.
Freeman Awards for Study in Asia (Freeman-ASIA) provides scholarships for U.S. citizens or permanent residents studying at the undergraduate level at a two-year or four-year college or university who demonstrate financial need to study abroad in East or Southeast Asia.

Study Abroad in Japan: Bridging Scholarships are available to U.S. undergraduate students participating in study abroad programs in Japan and are offered through the Bridging Project of the American Association of Teachers of Japanese.
Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship promotes international understanding and friendly relations among different peoples by offering scholarships to undergraduate students.
National Security Educational Program – David L Boren Undergraduate Scholarship for Study Abroad is for undergraduate students with an interest in going to regions critical to U.S. national interest (including Africa, Asia, Central & Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin America & the Caribbean, and the Middle East).
