Frequent quizzes over the reading material will be given. In addition to the writing assignments, students must have the following points from quizzes in order to make the corresponding grade:
A—105 points
B—95 points
C—80 points
Quizzes are, however, only a small part of your grade for the course. Mainly your grade will depend on how well you write and how intelligently you interpret the stories. See grade section for more discussion of how you will earn a grade.
