Preparing Papers

Word count given
in your syllabus is minimum. Longer is acceptable; shorter is not.

Do your papers
on a computer. I will not accept hand-written papers. Use this course as a reason
to become computer literate if you are not already.w

Double space all papers.

Put
your name, the date, the paper number and a title on all papers.

Don't turn in cover
sheets, binders, or folders.

Staples are the only acceptable method for holding papers together¾no paper
clips or folded corners, please.

Don't turn in paper torn from spiral notebooks with the torn edges left on.

Turn in the graded
paper with all revisions or corrections.

Please turn
in papers IN CLASS!!! Papers turned in to my box may not be given back the next
class. You will only take the risk of having them get lost.

You
cannot turn in a paper until the previous paper has been accepted.
