Designed a library of C++ objects responsible for legalizing the
placement of cells. Solved the problem of finding free space on the chip
for placing cells. Legalized the cell placement by aligning the cells’
PSTs with the power grid and making sure the cells’ pins were not
completely blocked by power. Created a small TCL/TK graphical debugger
for debugging the algorithm for merging free spaces.

object-oriented framework in C++ for reports that were generated from a
static timing analyzer.

to the bibliographic databases housed on the 3270 MVS mainframe.
