Syllabi Checklist

This checklist will be used to grade your syllabi in the portfolio,
with the exception of the Safety Statment and use of ACC Email Communication.
Make sure to send a copy of your syllabus to Sue at the beginning of each semseter.

Make sure to upload your syllabus and office hours to Lighthouse,
it's obvious if you didn't and will be used in the evaluation process.

Adjunct Evaluations

1. Portfolio - Due November 4   December 16th
            *  Turn it in to Judy Sanders, RGC
2. Student Evaluations - Bright Pink envelope - follow the directions
            *  Results will be emailed the week of Jan 17-20
3. Faculty Input Forms - due February 13th
            *  Turn it in to Judy Sanders, RGC

You will receive the Evaluation Summary Form from the Dean in late March.
