I read the online syllabus and understand the course requirements and policies. I agree to follow the course policies stated in the course syllabus. During the fall and spring semesters I understand that I should schedule approximately 9 hours a week to work on the learning activities in this course. During the summer, nine-week semester, I should schedule approximately 16 hours a week.

This course will require me to search for information on the Internet.

The Internet contains some Web pages with text, graphic, animation, and video content that may be offensive. Some Web pages contain nudity, sexually oriented text information, and profanity.

Dr. Scholl will NOT direct me to any information on the Internet that contains offensive or sexually oriented material or material that displays profanity.

Dr. Scholl has advised me to NOT view any Internet material that may be offensive to me.

Dr. Scholl has warned me that I could accidentally, or with my intention, locate and view offensive material on the Internet. If this happens, Dr. Scholl has advised me NOT to view this material on any computer in any ACC computer lab.
