ACC has three degree programs in the CIT department that are vocational degrees. This means that you will learn a computer specialization, but this degree is not transferrable to a BS or a BA at a four-year college or university.

3Programming Elective I - Must be selected from this list: COSC 1320, ITSE 1344, ITSE 1345, ITSE 1418, ITSE 2313, ITSE 2321

4Social/Behavioral Science Elective - Must be selected from the Social/Behavioral Science section of General Education Core Curriculum Course List in the Austin Community College catalog.

5Computer Info Tech/Computer Science Elective - Must be selected in accordance with career objectives and is subject to departmental approval.

6Speech Elective - Must be from SPCH 1311, SPCH 1315, SPCH 1318.

7Humanities Elective - Must be selected from the Humanities section of General Education Core Curriculum Course List in the Austin Community College catalog.
