1. Login to your SAM account: www.cengage.com/sam2010

2. Click on the name of the project: sect# CMPTR Word 2010 Ch 10 Proj A – Peterson

3. Download the instruction file. Print it out if necessary. Follow the instructions.

4. Download your start file from SAM: 4LTR_Word2010_Ch10_Pr1a_FirstLastName_1.docx

5. Save the file as: 4LTR_Word2010_Ch10_Pr1a_FirstLastName_2.docx

6. Perform the Word operations in the instructions to produce the final Word document.

7. Submit your completed project following the directions on the SAM web site.
