            No deferral

 

7.         Has been implicated in 2 cases of post-transfusion hepatitis.

            Permanent deferral

 

8.         Recently had a tattoo.

            1 year/12 months

 

9.         Recently got out of prison.

            1 year/12 months

 

10.       Traveled to a malarial endemic country for a 2 week vacation.

            1 year/12 months

 

11.       Admits to having been a prostitute in 1983.
