PDF Troubleshooting:
If you have trouble viewing a PDF document on the website, try the
following tips and tricks: Try right-clicking on the link, then choose
"save as..." Save the document to your desktop (or put it in a folder
where you can later find it). Then double click on the item to launch
it. It is important that you not try to open the document with Microsoft
Word or any application other than Adobe Acrobat.
