You must complete an online orientation and submit an orientation form between Monday, August 23, and Thursday, August 26.

1. I'll use Blackboard to host the course sylllabus, announcements, handouts, study guides, and post your grades.

ACC's Instructional Computing and Technology Services has published a Blackboard Support site with a brief Getting Started guide and answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

2. Log in to Blackboard. Log in instructions are available here. After logging in,

Go to Personal Information
Note the email address listed. ACC provides all students with an ACCmail address for official communication. This is the only address I can use to send official communication. I’ll send notices and supplemental readings to your ACCmail address on a regular basis. A Quickstart guide to ACCmail is available here.

3. Access the course syllabus from Blackboard. The syllabus is available under the Syllabus link in the left-hand navigation bar.

4. Read the syllabus carefully, noting course requirements, expectations, and policies regarding withdrawals, incomplete grades, scholastic dishonesty, and academic freedom.

5. Complete and submit the online orientation form.
