  Students

Results show that ACC students showed highest satisfaction with ACC's Telephone Registration out of all services offered at the College. The Telephone Registration process provides direct access for students to the Datatel system in order to register, add and/or drop classes, to review their semester schedule and to pay by credit card for tuition and fees. Admission and Records, headed by Director, Linda Kluck, holds training and procedure update sessions each semester for the Registration Help Line which backs the system. The Systems, Operations, and Programming departments under the leadership of Bill Carter, Associate Vice President, along with Admissions and Records all share in this recognition.
