ACC prepared “Farm to Table” dishes and provided facilities and support for participating chefs. Event coordinators noted ACC volunteers were prompt, professional, confident, and helpful, and the food was so beautifully done—all the participating chefs were extremely pleased and impressed, and the event guests had nothing but good things to say about both the food and the students. ACC participants included Culinary Arts Department Chair Brian Hay, Adjunct Assistant Professor Heather James, and students Jonathan Haralson, Gabi Bantau, Jansen Bowden, Robert Pelliccia, Laura Tatom, Tammy Duhaime, Freddie Tryon, Bob Francis, Rick Reynolds, Sheila Gray, Rachel Robinson, and Anna Denton. Trustee John Hernandez served as a volunteer host for the event and passed on compliments from celebrity judges John Ash of John Ash & Company restaurant in San Francisco and Kenny Callaghan of the Blue Smoke restaurant in New York.
