Human Resources Vice President Gerry Tucker was presented the National Forum for Black Public Administrators-Central Texas Chapter’s Public Service Award at its October 9 conference. The award recognizes minorities in public service whose accomplishments are worthy of emulation and serve as a source of inspiration and encouragement to others in public management.

Instructional Technology Administrative Assistant II Jennifer Majors was named winner or the “You Rock” fall 2009 scholarship fund-raiser sponsored by the Associate of Professional and Technical Employees. Runners up were ACCNet Services Computer Support Technician George Sweeney and Professional Development Design Specialist Lara Niles.
