Dr. Larry Garner

Professor of Management

Dr. Garner has taught at ACC for many years in the Management Department.  He is a Professor of Management at Texas A&M University — Central Texas in Killeen.

There he teaches Human Resource Management at the Masters and Bachelors levels. 

 

He is a Past President of the Southwest Academy of Management and Board Member of the Federation of Business Disciplines. 

 

He holds a Bachelors of Industrial Management from Georgia Tech, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Houston Baptist University, and a Doctor of Philosophy  Degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development from the University of Texas at Austin.

 

He served as a fighter pilot, training & operations manager, and senior staff officer in the United States Air Force.  He has extensive experience as a consultant to industry, commerce and government in the areas of human resource and organizational development.
