Biol 1408 Introductory Biology: Unity of Life
If you are a student registered for either of these sections, you should be able
to access materials for this course on Blackboard about 1 week before the
session begins.
If you want to start getting ahead, here are some
suggestions:
1. Read the sample syllabus I have posted on this
website. It will be similar to the syllabus I pass out in class on the first day.
2. Read pgs. 1-21 in the Belk & Borden textbook. I
will cover this material during our first lecture.
3. Go to the website provided by our textbook publishers:
http://www.prenhall.com/belk. Use the access code on the front
inside cover of your textbook to register to this site. Play around
with the features so that you know what is available to help you with
this class (quizzes, animations, etc.).
