The Publications & Creative Services team is made up of experienced graphic designers, copywriters, and project managers. We produce award-winning marketing collateral and we're here to help you promote college programs and events. Help us do our best work by providing us with all of the information we need.

What happens first?

It all starts with a form. Please download our Project Request form and take time to thoughtfully fill it out.

This form helps you think about exactly what you want, and it helps us determine how complex your project is—so there are no surprises later. It’s crucial that you fill out the form in its entirety. In fact, the form cannot be submitted with information missing from certain fields.If you schedule a meeting with PICM staff, print this form and bring it with you.

Okay, I filled out my form, now what?

After we receive your form, we will call or meet with you to discuss your needs and set up a production schedule. You should provide us with your preapproved unformatted text in a Microsoft Word document, or be able to meet with our copywriter. You also need to provide any images you require as part of your project, such as logos, in a high-resolution format.

What should I budget?

PICM’s services are of no cost to you. There can be charges for printing and mailing, however. If you’re printing off-campus (glossy, like the brochures in racks on each campus) we will obtain quotes for you. Every job is different, but as an example: 2,000 glossy brochures could cost $1,000 or more.
