My expectations are that you have a general understanding of the methods used for extraction of nucleic acids, both DNA and RNA. For determination of quality be sure to have a good grasp on the procedure and formula to determine quality. You DO NOT have to memorize formulas, you may have these written down and refer to the formula during an exam.
