MATH 1342, Elementary Statistics

Spring 2014. Sections 002 and 020

Each of these sections is the second semester of the Statway course. The prerequisite is MATD 0365 Mathematics for Statistics I. The co-requisite for this course is MATD 0166 Mathematics for Statistics II.

We will cover Modules 6-12 in the Statway lessons and material and also Chi-squared tests of independence and inference in regression.

• Introductory Statistics, 1st edtion by Gould and Ryan
• StatCrunch software to use at home and we will use Minitab in class
  Note: there is nothing new to purchase this semester.
