To use this file in Minitab, you can open it and copy and paste the data into Minitab.
To use this file in CrunchIt, save the file onto your computer in a location that you can remember, open CrunchIt,
and then choose Data > Load data from file and then find the file that you saved.

Explanation: States differ widely in how much damage they receive from bad weather. Data was collected on the dollar amount of tornado damage from 1950-1999 and then the amounts were adjusted to reflect the buying power of 1999 dollars. The average over those years was computed for each state and Puerto Rico. These data are from David Moore's Basic Practice of Statistics, 4th edition, chapter 1.
