Transferring ACC courses to Another College

When determining whether a specific course will transfer to another college and count in a specific degree plan, the only information that you should rely upon is given by the college that will be accepting the course. So, if you want to determine whether an ACC course will transfer to UT Austin, you must ask at UT Austin. The links at the end of this page are provided to assist you in obtaining the information you need.

Advising and counseling offices at ACC usually have copies of the current catalogs of local colleges and can assist you in finding this information.

Only the first two links below have specific information about ACC courses. Other links here are to the college's main page. To find information about specific degree requirements, (usually) follow a link called "Catalog" or "Academics".

Many schools do not have detailed information about their degrees on the Web yet. However, almost all have a way for you to send an email message. Use that to send a message. Usually you will get a quicker answer by first sending a message asking, "Do you have a degree in Social Work, and, if so, what are the math requirements for it?" After you get an answer to that, you can reply with "Which courses at Austin Community College transfer as those courses?"

If you have suggestions for additional links, please send an email message to mparker@austincc.edu.
