Using Campus Mail

If you need to send me something via ACC Campus Mail, please be sure that you do all of these before you leave home:

1. put your name on the front of the papers
2. put the entire set of papers into an envelope and seal it yourself
3. put your name on the front in the place for the return address and, in the place for the regular address, please put

Take it to the mailroom at any campus. That is NOT the Testing Center. The Testing Center doesn't have anything to do with this and please don't ask them about it. At NRG, the mailroom is on the same hallway as the Testing Center, but at the opposite end. At PIN, ask at the front information desk when you enter the building. At RGC, RVS, CYP, and EVC, go to the main administrative office and ask. It's close to there.

In the mailroom, go to the clerk at the desk and tell them that you are my student and you need to have them stamp the date on it and send it to me in the campus mail. They will mail it to me. Probably they will also put your envelope into a campus mail envelope. But I want you to put it in a sealed envelope first so that I will know exactly what you submitted and I need the timestamp to know that it is on time.
