  1. Review of Agenda (We will decide which questions we want to address. You can suggest questions in addition to those listed below.)
  2. Does the online withdrawal form have the right questions/information in it?
  3. Do we want to recommend that some committee be given responsibility for overseeing this online withdrawal form? If so, what committee?
  4. Will we recommend that the college implement online withdrawal using the final version of this form?
  5. Will we recommend that the college not allow withdrawal by phone, even though this will be a significant difference between phone registration and web registration?
  6. Will we recommend that students withdrawing by paper (current system) be given a piece of paper with information similar to that on the online withdrawal form?
  7. Will we recommend that instructors be allowed to withdraw students online as soon as that can be conveniently implemented?


    I don't think the committee as a whole wants to do this question immediately below, but since several people contributed to the lists, I think I need to ask:
  8. Do we want to recommend that some group develop a more extensive Resources and/or Consequences list and explanations similar to, but more extensive or better-written or more fully explained, than the list we started?
