  5. First advising session after being admitted to school for regular students
  6. First advising session after being admitted to school for “double D” students (who are below college-level in at least two areas of reading, writing, and math.)
  7. Each semester’s advising session for “double D” students
  8. When student is registering
  9. First day of class (meaning that the instructors should include this in their syllabus)
  10. In the class after the first day
  11. When student is referred to counselor for “lack of progress” etc.
  12. At the point of withdrawal from an individual course, if withdrawing online early in the semester.
  13. At the point of withdrawal from an individual course, if withdrawing in person early in the semester.
  14. At the point of withdrawal from an individual course, if withdrawing by phone early in the semester.
  15. At the point of withdrawal from an individual course, if withdrawing online close to the end of the semester.
  16. At the point of withdrawal from an individual course, if withdrawing in person close to the end of the semester.
