- Posters on campus
- In Student Handbook
- New student orientation
- First advising session after being admitted to school for regular students
- First advising session after being admitted to school for “double D” students (who are below college-level in at least two areas of reading, writing, and math.)
- Each semester’s advising session for “double D” students
- When student is registering
- First day of class (meaning that the instructors should include this in their syllabus)
- In the class after the first day
- When student is referred to counselor for “lack of progress” etc.
- At the point of withdrawal from an individual course, if withdrawing online early in the semester.
- At the point of withdrawal from an individual course, if withdrawing in person early in the semester.
- At the point of withdrawal from an individual course, if withdrawing by phone early in the semester.
- At the point of withdrawal from an individual course, if withdrawing online close to the end of the semester.
- At the point of withdrawal from an individual course, if withdrawing in person close to the end of the semester.
- At the point of withdrawal from an individual course, if withdrawing by phone close to the end of the semester.
- At the point of withdrawal from school (withdrawing from all courses at once.)
- Next time the student registers after a withdrawal
