Hi! I'm excited that you've reached the web page, and I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Missi Patterson, and I'll be your instructor this semester for Psychology 1643. I'm currently a graduate student with a Master's degree in cognitive psychology, and I plan to finish my PhD. in 2002. My interests are generally in creativity, childrens' art and cognitive development, but I really think that all of psychology is exciting, and I love teaching Child Growth and Development. If you would like to get to know a little more about me, you may take a look at my home page. If you have a home page, let me know, because I'd love to see it.
I hope that over the semester, we will get to know each other, and that you will feel comfortable coming to me with questions, concerns, or just to talk. I also really enjoy a lot of class participation, so please feel free to ask questions, or to make comments in class.
If you are having some difficulties with the class, or just want to talk, please use one of the following methods to contact me. If you have a general class question (about topics covered in class or general course policies) please check our question and answer board, as you might find your answer there.
