2. Which of the above synonyms are you enrolled in? If you are enrolled in both a Macro and a Micro course, you will need to fill out two orientation forms.
3. Answers to the following questions about the syllabus.

• What is the internet address (URL) of ACC's Blackboard?
• Where will the midterm/unit exams be administered, online or in the Testing Centers?
