Do you need a fast intense review of high school math?
Do you really want to move into more challenging science or technology courses quickly?
ACC offers two types of "fast" developmental math classes.
- In the Fall and Spring semesters, most developmental math classes are offered in sessions that meet for only part of the semester. This allows you to take two of the classes during one semester. See the ACC schedule for classes scheduled in the various short sessions.
- In the Fall and Spring semesters, we have a section of a combined Elementary-Intermediate Algebra course, which meets about six hours per week for all 16 weeks, uses one textbook for the entire semester, and covers the material of both courses. To enroll for this, look for MATD 0290, Intermediate Algebra, in the schedule. You will also need to register for the section of MATD 0370, Elementary Algebra, which is attached to this. If you have questions about this, contact Nancy Miller, 223-4864 or nmiller@austin.cc.tx.us.
In Fall 1999, this section meets MWF 10:00-11:40 a.m. in NRG PB3.
Enroll for both sections 6533, MATD 0370, and 6534, MATD 0290.
