Return to
the top.Schedule TF meeting in early Jan.
Return to
the top.DVM Curriculum: We'll discuss the material from CODE and the administration about developmental education issues and how the TF should respond to this. (Which things should be dealt with by our current committees, etc?)

We have already agreed to do 1103 and 1643. Outside of the meetings, people keep telling me we need a 1153 committee, but in the meetings you're not saying that. What do we want? We need chairs for each committee. In the past couple of years, there has been some confusion between the textbook committees and the watchdog committees about getting things ready for the Manual. Since the material in the Manual is heavily dependent on the textbook, confusion here is not acceptable.
I propose: Either the watchdog committee chair will chair the textbook committee or the textbook committee chair will have to agree to work very closely with the watchdog committee chair and BOTH will be responsible for getting all the appropriate information prepared for the Manual.
