Go to http://www5.austincc.edu/lighthouse/ . A tutorial is available there.

Check to see that all of your classes have syllabi posted by going to the ACC web schedule, choosing the current semester, choosing "Instructor list", and then your name.

It is critical that the department have EVERY teacher post a syllabus for EVERY course.
