If you are not able to access the pages

Several people have reported to me that, after they enter the password, they get a page that says
"Directory Listing denied." That looks like there is some mistake in the links, of course.

I'm quite sure there is no mistake in the links, because many people are able to see the pages.

I'm not an expert at this, but I know that one possible cause of this error is that your browser is set to not accept "cookies." In order to make this password thing work, your browser has to accept a temporary cookie, or a session cookie, that retains the password and allows you to go on to the next page.

Possible solutions or "work-arounds:"

• If you have another computer easily available, try it.(Perhaps it has different settings.)
  
• If you have a different browser available on your computer, try it. (Perhaps it has different settings.)
  
• If you want to try to change the settings on your browser, then you'll have to find where it allows you to do that and fix it so that it does accept cookies.
• Ask your instructor or one of the other students in your class to help you by looking at the pages themselves, downloading the file you need, and emailing it to you.
